This group is for carers who have lost their loved one or they now reside in a care facility.
If you have been caring for a loved one, and they are moved into a care facility, it brings all sorts of emotions. Grief, guilt, regret, blame, not to mention the question of how to fill your time now your caring role has changed from being a full time carer to a visitor.
Similar feelings occur when your loved one passes away. Sometimes you just need to share how you feel with someone who has been in your shoes, over a cuppa. This group is for you!!
This session is held on the 1st Wednesday of each month – 1.00pm to 2.30pm, £3 per person
