We are a small, innovative charity dedicated to supporting individuals with dementia and their family carers—and we are looking for a dedicated Dementia Support Worker to join our close-knit team.

The Role: Dementia Support Worker
Location: The Clubhouse Community Centre Elm Ave Hull HU8 8PZ and Studio 700, 15 Princess Street Hull HU2 8BJ
Hours: 8 per week
Salary: £12.45 per hour (over 21 years old) £10.50 (16 to 18 years old)
